After the Buffalo Springfield, Richie Furay and I formed Poco and began producing demos and searching for a record label. During opening night at the Troubadour, the presidents for Columbia Record, A&M Records and Atlantic were present.
On December 5, 1968, Poco signed with Epic Records, a subsidiary of Columbia Records, and we began recording the first Poco album, "Pickin up the Pieces."
My final appearance with Poco was on October 31, 1970, at the Filmore Auditorium in San Francisco, California. |
